Checklist. Exclusive rights assignment agreement

Where is an assignment agreement used?

1. When relocating a business or a separate product;
    
2. When buying/selling rights to separate parts of the product (code, graphics, etc.), when you buy such ready-made parts from partners or receive rights from authors (for example, contractors who performed work on the order);
    
3. When transferring the rights to the product from the funders to the company (a common situation in startups);
    
4. When selling a business or an individual product.
