Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Court Judgments and Arbitral Awards

As part of the third and final webinar in our cross-jurisdictional series, experts will discuss how the recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitral decisions work across five jurisdictions: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

The first session will focus on the recognition of court and arbitral decisions. Speakers will explore procedural specifics, sanctions-related restrictions, grounds for refusal, and share analytics and statistics from available cases. Each expert will present a practical case from their jurisdiction and highlight key nuances.

The second session will be dedicated to the actual enforcement of decisions. Participants will receive practical advice, recommendations, and learn about common mistakes made by claimants — all illustrated through real-life examples and case studies.
